- Class actions are waived;
- Collective actions are waived;
- Representative actions are waived; and
- The right to a jury trial is waived.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from:
- Seeking temporary injunctive relief;
- Seeking equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights; or
- Pursuing eligible claims in small claims court.
This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any discussion regarding:

- Premium trends;
- Coverage availability; or
- Regulatory developments
is provided solely for informational purposes.
