Responsibilities
- Initiate correspondence with the marketplace of personal lines insurance carriers and Florida homeowners insurance carriers
- New Business placement and cross selling is conducted as needed to maintain client’s insurance program.
- Function as the primary contact with all companies to ensure proper processing of all requests necessary to effectively maintain the client’s insurance program.
- Maintain positive client relationships and have the ability to analyze situations, make proactive decisions and follow through.
Qualifications
- Time Management/Multi-tasking: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.
- Ability Work Collaboratively in a Team Setting: good relationship skills; be a good listener; respect the expertise of others; and have ability to motivate and generate effective action from all levels of the organization
- Passionate about customer service and private client experience, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in personal lines insurance or related function
