Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club is one of the nicest clubs in all South Florida! The club has great accommodations for its members, and it is a great place to make friends. The club has more than 700 residences and all the homes here are beautiful! The golf at the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club is top-notch! The course was most recently redesigned in 2003 by one of the greatest golfers to ever play the game, Jack Nicklaus! The course is a great course with risk-reward par 5s, beautiful scenery and tee box yardages to accommodate all skill levels! 

Woodfield Country Club

Woodfield Country Club sits on 830 beautiful acres of South Florida land. This is one of the greatest private clubs in all of South Florida. The club’s community consists of many different residences including single-family homes, villas, townhomes and more! It is a very prestigious club with great golf, dining, community and more! The club features amenities such as fitness, golf, tennis, Children’s Clubhouse, spa and a pool! The club has it all!

The Club at Boca Pointe

The Club at Boca Pointe offers a lot for its members and guests to enjoy! Including 18 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, a 20,000 square foot fitness center, a pool, and an 80,000 square foot clubhouse! The community sits on 1,000 acres and is just outside of Boca Raton. There are over 4,000 homes with 29 different villages! 

The golf at Boca Pointe is great! With stunning practice facilities including a big driving range, great short-game area and beautiful golf course, this is a golfer’s paradise! The designers behind this course are some of the best including Jack Nicklaus, Robert Cupp, and Jay Moorish! With tees starting at 5,198 yards and stretching to 6,865 yards the course is set up to handle any golfer! 

Boca Isles 

The community at Boca Isles is high-end! Located west of the city and close to the Ocean. This community is recognized for its beautiful homes, great atmosphere and family-friendly neighborhood! The homes range from townhomes to single-family homes and range from around 2,000 to around 5,000 square feet! The amenities here include two clubhouses with fitness centers in both, tennis courts, huge pool, and biking trails! 

In addition, the community is not far from restaurants and entertainment!  This community is located close to the airport which makes it easily accessible to those flying in and out of town. The scenery of this community is also beautiful! 

The Preserve

Homes in this community range from 3,000-5,000 square feet and are placed around a natural preserve. The smaller homes in the neighborhood are 4 bedrooms while the bigger homes have 5 bedrooms! The community sits on 46 beautiful acres of South Florida! Amenities at The Preserve include a great clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, a nice swimming pool, and playground! 

Boca Sailing and Racquet Club

Consisting of 105 homes built in the late 80s. The gated community has a 116-acre setting which surrounds the 45 acre Lake Camino! Each home in this club is unique, making the community beautiful! The average property size of each house is about a third acre and the nice houses in the community range from 4-6 bedrooms. Amenities at the club include tennis courts, a clubhouse with a big patio, a private boat ramp, and a biking and walking trail along the lake. Many of the residents enjoy fishing in the lake. 

Newport Bay Club

Built between 1988-1995 this beautiful community consists of 225 residences. The community has 4 different parts to it: Copper Lake, The Tides, Hampton Club, and The Estates. There are many great amenities apart of this club including a clubhouse, fitness center, locker rooms, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. 

The Tides: Has 39 homes with waterfront views have 3-5 bedrooms. 

The Estates: It is considered an old-fashioned neighborhood. It is very comfortable, yet the homes have good taste. 

Hampton Club: Built in the early 90s this neighborhood has 42 homes which makes this neighborhood ideal for growing families. 

Copper Lake: This neighborhood is made up of contemporary homes. This is great for young families. 

Saturnia Isles

This community is relatively new, it was built in 2008 and is made up of 356 residences. The community sits on 400 acres of South Florida and the community offers 1 and 2 story houses. The homes in this community range from 4-6 bedrooms and have good living space with 3,000-6,000 square feet. Amenities at this community are fitness center, pool, spa, tennis courts, aerobics studio, children’s playroom, clubhouse, basketball court and more! 

Parkside 

This community consists of 203 residences which started development in the mid 80s. The community was constructed in three different phases. This community is great for younger families with children. 

Phase 1: This was built first and is the biggest section of the community. 

Phase 2: Most of the homes in this phase were placed on Parkside Circle North 

Phase 3: This was the last development phase. 

This community features amenities such as tennis courts, basketball court, Sport Court hockey rink, clubhouse, and a playground for children 

Long Lake Estates

This is an amazing community placed on 200 acres of land with 126 residences on one acre each. The homes in this community are thoughtfully designed providing buyers great options when considering houses. The large lots make the experience here very nice, and this lot size rarely found in the area. This community is only a short distance from the mall and other great activities! A majority of homes in this community have great views on a lake!
